Setting Up Agentic Actions
1. Open Actions Page
Go to Actions in the admin sidebar.
2. Create an Action
Click + New Action and choose a type: Capture Lead, Book Meeting, Create Ticket, or Webhook.
3. Define Parameters
Add fields the AI should collect: name (string, required), email (string, required), etc.
4. Write the AI Description
Tell the LLM when to call this action. Be specific about triggers and required data.
5. Test & Deploy
Click Test with sample data, then try it in the live chat.
